TRIVIA NIGHT at THE CLUBHOUSE!
Do you like useless, but sometimes humorous but helpful information? I know some of you must because you keep on sending it to me. Cliff and Cathy Squier are going to host a Trivia Night at the Clubhouse, on the 3rd Friday of each summer month, beginning in May, hopefully summer will be here before we start. It will take place after TGIF and start about 7 o'clock and run till around 9 o'clock. We would like to have 16 people to begin, if we get more, great. Hopefully it will become a regular event as Karaoke did on the first Friday of each month. So, come out, have some fun, meet some of our new neighbors, learn some helpful or useless information.
P.S. You will need pencil and paper.
Trivia Format
1) 2 person teams, unless we get large turnout, than we would go to 4 people per team.
2) 40 questions in 4 rounds, 10 questions per round. Break between each round and scores will be posted.
3) Categories - Local history, Sanford and Meadowbrook, Wpg. History, Man. History, Canadian History, Music, Movies, Literature, Sports, Food, Alcohol, Science, TV, World History, U.S History Geography and Trivia.
4) No Cellphones, Smartphones, I pads, Tablets, Laptops or any other electronic device is allowed for assistance.
5) Time: 07:00 to 09:00 on the 3rd Friday of each summer month, starting on Friday May 23/14 until Sept.26/14, if it is successful to begin with.
6) Prize for the winning team.
7) Hoping for 8 teams.
